All things considered, I'm counting on this being a "he who laughs last, laughs best" situation. Or perhaps "living well is the best revenge."

There was no way that guy was ever going to respect you, and no way you were ever going to be happy working for him, given the crap he's pulled.

I still think it would be awesome if you found yourself working for some Important Microsoft Client, and one day wound up being the person calling him and demanding good service.
