Maybe I'm over-confident. I might be. I have been in the past. I will be in the future.

But I'm putting some people on notice right now.

Love is stronger than hate.

Truth is stronger than lies.

And the human spirit is stronger, wiser, and more powerful than you'll ever know.

It might not be me; it might be someone else.

But, see, those Gospels that contain the words of the man you claim to follow? They're *EVERYWHERE*. *ANYONE* can just pick them up and read them.

Those ten to one hundred *THOUSAND* dead Iraqis, killed because it was *possible* that Saddam Hussein *MIGHT* someday grow ballsy enough to attack? People will recognize that's not a fair trade. Thousands upon thousands of innocent deaths "because we were too scared of a possibility" doesn't work. Especially because, sooner or later, someone's going to pick up one of those WWJD items that were all the rage, and make the connection.

But, seriously, don't worry about it... the election was won; what could possibly go wrong now?

I believe (and may be wrong, correct me if you can) that more people have died in Jesus's name than any other human to walk the earth. The man who just asked that we love one another and God. How could *we have fucked that up so badly?

*we = I haven't decided. Humans who think they're Christian but clearly aren't followers of his words, maybe.

They may have died in Jesus' name, but not at Jesus' hand. I think that if the message gets spread far enough, and hard enough, people will remember.

It might not be possible... but hey, a person has to have dreams.

I hope you're right, John. I really do. :)

"...the election was won; what could possibly go wrong now?"

The mind boggles.

GWB doesn't owe anybody anything now. Short of an impeachable offense, he's got the next four years to do anything he likes.

What can he imagine?

I believe Mr. Bush has committed and impeachable offense. I think that his cover-up of the Abu Ghraib scandal will come to light.
