30 minutes, with 10+ at 6.1 miles an hour, the remainder at 6. Minor tiredness/fog afterward, but I kept working, though not as efficiently. Things are getting better.

There are other signs that things are changing.

Some of these other signs are what you'd normally expect - I'm noticing how I'm carrying myself (because I no longer have as much stiffness in my left lower back/hip) and adjusting my posture. I'm aching in (relatively) good ways as I exercise more muscles.

And some of them are... well, one of the possible problems with having belly fat is having a fatty liver, and there's this theory that if you start exercising hard enough, the liver will give up some of that fat, and... "there are other signs that things are changing" and they'll hopefully stabilize after not too long.

I'm starting to feel not-depressed. This is good, if a bit scary (because sometimes not-depressed leads to too-much-hope and disappointment).

I just read that the only thing that disappoints us is our own expectations. And yeah, getting toxins etc out of the body can by physically unpleasant - diarrhea, rashes, etc. But they are OUT! And you continue to inspire me. Bet that wasn't a goal when you started LOL!

I'll take not-depressed. Enjoy the good, and try not to worry about the scary.
