That's code word for *OOOOW*, this had *better* be an improvement in flexibility and the result of atrophied muscles being brought back into play, and additional sciatic impingement as a result of the new motion until everything adjusts, or it's just not *fair*.
Thankfully, my doctor refilled my pain meds.
