Just a reminder to myself. Last update, I was doing 9 30 second intervals. I later learned that I could run too hard during the intervals and feel awful later, so I've been a bit more careful. Last time, I tried adding 5 seconds to each interval (so, 35 seconds running, 55 resting) and today, I carefully added an extra interval so I'm now exercising for 15 minutes (plus walking back home afterward).

It's been a really frustrating week, with depression and tiredness mixed together, and I'm not 100% sure how much is overdoing my workout, how much is depression, how much is the results of various aches and pains and such, and how much is restlessness and loneliness. (My sourdough starter seems to have spontaneously died, as well. I'm seeing if it will revive.)

But today, I'm feeling a bit better, and while I haven't accomplished the stuff I wanted to recently, I'm starting to feel a bit better about life, and I have accomplished *some* things. So, I'm going to (try to) be satisfied with that.

(Updated - a bit tired, a tiny bit headache-y now, at 4pm, which is around 6 hours after I exercised. Worth it if I see improvement over the next couple weeks.)
