johnpalmerNothing much to talk about in public; we have to talk to the seller, and discuss some things.
On the plus side, if I stay in my apartment, my rent might go down by 12%. So, I've reached a kind of peace with the process. If I can't get this house, I'll be able to rest up from the home-search battle while saving even more money for my next bite at the apple.
