Death does not hunt.

Death does not yearn.
Death only accepts us, and holds us, when our time has come.
It is life that brings the pains, and suffering, and finally, the end.
And I mourn that life has dragged away one so young, so deserving of happiness.
Be well, Shay, and if you need a light to guide you, I will keep one burning in my home for you tonight.
