Mar. 1st, 2009 07:36 pmOn March 1st, 2009, I was able to set the elliptical machine in the apartment complex's gym to 12, and do 12 intervals - 30 seconds at 240 strides per minute, and 1 minute at 120 strides per minute. After #12, I chose to stop, thinking I felt like I could do more, but it would be stupid to risk a pounding headache. I set the difficulty up to 14, and continued at 120 strides per minute for 30 minutes.
Later, I actually got a bit of a headache.
So, my goal: if all goes well, on April 1st, I'd like to be able to do 12 intervals and feel reasonably good, with no headache.
