5 intervals, 1:30 each, and one at the end of 2:00. Very little headache, and I jogged mostly on 2 minutes rest, rather than 2:30. No "kill me now", and no "I really hate this". A little bit of "okay, I definitely didn't stay in my comfort zone there, did I?" which is what I'm aiming for.

I'm probably going to rest tomorrow, or I might try to get macho and see if I can do 2 minute intervals all the way through. I want to stay at 1:30 (or, at most, 1:45) for this week.
