New updates at For The Dream. It's about Terri Schiavo.

Be warned: those who felt that she had been treated unjustly, and who don't count me as trustworthy enough to be worth listening to, you probably just don't want to bother reading it.

I'm still pondering what you wrote there dude. Very interesting. I tend to agree with you - there was somethin screwed up with that whole media circus. I guess it's one more example of the fact that Americans really do act like sheep and allow hot buttons to swing them any way the wind blows. I remember my grandpa tellin me to "stand for something kid, or else you'll fall for anything" - take care....going off to read the abstract appeal link..thanks!

Nod. It was an ugly situation. I'm convinced that the Schindlers were lied to, and this makes me angrier than anything else. There *are* legitimate questions about end of life care, but answering those questions demands we look at truths.

Most people aren't sheep, but there *is* a kind of cynicism out there that's keeping people from stopping to check things more thorougly before belieiving them.

I am not so sure it's cynicism so much as plain old lazyness/too damn busy in day to day living crap.
