Not done moving.

Tired.

Infection came, saw, did not believe rumors of Palmer family immune system, and said "I can beat up on some overweight guy staring middle age in the face who is stressed and engaged in harder-than-normal physical labor!", and learned valuable lesson about culling process in natural selection, but will not survive to pass lesson on to descendents, who are similary deceased.

No chicken sightings, but then I moved me and the cats at 2:00am Monday. If chicken has infrared, I might be in greater danger than anticipated. Were cats' complaints the result of motion and cat-carrier imprisonment, or more ominous warnings about possible fowl play?

I'm glad there haven't been any chicken sightings. The chicken following you could be dangerous. My advice if the chicken *does* show. Spit roast it.

Sorry to hear about the infection.

I hope the moving goes as well as can be. I've got a move coming up in a month too, and gah, do I know they suck. Here's hoping your cats do as well as my dog did last move.
