Actually British Intelligence "leaked" a report that said that they didn't think Iraq was a nuclear threat.
it all got very messy, ended with a scientist from the intelligence services dead in a ditch, apparently from suicide. (actually it looked like murder to most folks, but the inquest said it was suicide)
