So, I was sick for two weeks, and in the middle of that, a life-changing breakup occurred, and now, I'm feeling lousy. Not sick, any more, but only moderately not-fatigued.

If I were really feeling bad, this wouldn't be written - it'd be too much effort. But I'm about as fatigued as I can be and still able to get stuff done.

Maybe this is what normal humans call "tired" (instead of fatigued).

(Normal humans: yeah, I'm making a joke that I'm not "normal" but adding the noun really makes it sound extra weird, doesn't it? I hope no one finds that bothersome.)

I have a cardiologist appointment tomorrow to see if we have any strategies going forward. Odds are, no... but we might adjust some meds to a level that seems more effective for me.

It looks like I'm going to have to work out whatever's wrong with me myself. I'm upping vegetable consumption, and olive oil (raw broccoli is a very good way to consume a large amount of olive oil, and cutting back on carbs to a more low-carb area. (I'd gotten up to 20-30% of calories from carbs and I don't like what it's done to my blood chemistry profile.) I need to find a way to boost fish consumption, and stay low carb while not consuming as much meat, I think. (Especially factory farmed meat.)

Past that: it's time to get ready to leave for work, and I'm getting ready to leave. Good luck to everyone for a successful, happy Monday.
