6 intervals, two minutes jogging, 1.5 walking, with no aerobic-fitness warnings, so, at 20.5 minutes, I figured...

Wait, 20.5? 6 x 3.5 = 3 x7 = 21... damn it.

Anyway: 7 intervals, and the last one was on a minute's rest. Then, after a bit more than 1.5 minutes walking, I tried another, slowly and carefully, and got another minute and a half. That was starting to make me feel mildly headache-y, so I stopped right then.

Maybe a bit too much - we'll see. I think I'll be fine if I just take it easy for the rest of the day.

If that doesn't work, then... well, I'm trying to learn how I feel when I'm over-doing it. I think I only got close today, so if I actually overdid it, I need to recalibrate.

Interval training is no longer my normal exercise; I'm now using my step bench, raised up one level, stepping up, or side to side, for 30 minutes, usually while watching TV.

(Since I'm programming in Powershell these days, I insist on thinking of this as "level 1" and "level 0" means "flat on the floor, not raised any higher." Powershell uses 0 based arrays, you see.)

Clearly it's been working well, because my last interval set got me zonked after fewer intervals.
