So, I wanted some protein and fat, no carbohydrate. I got out my garlic press, and splattered two garlic buds, and fried them a bit in olive oil. I opened a can of tuna fish, sprinkled a liberal helping of lemon pepper in, and let it cook for a couple minutes.

Other than the fact that I'm waiting for the dishwasher to fill up, and am pretending that it's finger food (i.e.: no clean utensils, but room for more plates), it's pretty darn good.
