Just for the record...
Nov. 23rd, 2002 08:32 pmI'd like to thank those folks who pointed out that there's nothing wrong with passing the Building Scalable Cisco Internetworks with a not-terribly high score.
Also... I was tired when I wrote that post, and was in a literalist mood. When I said "Nothing to be exceptionally proud of", well, that's exactly what I meant. I'm not *EXCEPTIONALLY* proud of it... I'm 'just proud', and a little humble. I'm going to make sure I'm *REALLY* ready for the next three, because I know that the test could have beaten me if I'd been just a little less ready.
Finally, if anyone's wondering about the subject line of the last post ("I guess I'm a C"), that doesn't have anything to do with grades, etc.. That's my cutesy way of saying I'm 1/4th of the way to "CCNP".
It doesn't work as well when I go for the next one in line (The CCIE, often thought of as the "doctorate of networking").
