First challenge of the new year...
Jan. 14th, 2014 09:39 amDue to some unexpected and unpleasant heart strain, I'm fatigued.
But there's some good news. I know why, and I know it will pass, so I'm able to handle it, moodwise, without despair. If I'm careful and lucky, I should be better in a few days. So rather than having a sense that this is awful and who knows when it will end, I feel that it's bearable and will end soon.
It's not easy to handle at this point, but it's much better than it is when I'm "just" fatigued without a sense that I know why, and without a sense that it'll get better.
It's a bit better than yesterday; tomorrow should be still better.
Here's hoping everyone else's first big challenge for the year is even easier or leads to an even greater victory.
