Exercise checkpoint
Apr. 2nd, 2009 09:00 pmSo, for those of you who are afraid of not keeping up with your workouts during a period of illness, take heart.
Last month, I could do 12 intervals on the elliptical trainer at my apartment complex, 30 seconds at high speed, 60 at low speed.
This month, having had like 5 workouts for *all* of March - including two in the first 3 days! - I was able to do 11. And I could have done 12, but I didn't want to risk feeling awful when I was re-doing my checkpoint after a period of illness.
