So, had my phone screen with MIcrosoft

I had my preliminary phone screening with Microsoft.

I'm fairly sure I'm not going to get a worthwhile offer, but I'm going to play the game anyway. See, there's three locations they need SQL folks at... only one is in a place I'd live (Issaquah Washington - I already work at the Issaquah location). But that's the location where the top tier works. And I'm not top tier.

Oh, I'm good enough, and I'm getting better. But I strongly suspect that I'm not going to make their top tier team. The fact of the matter is, I just haven't done enough yet.

So, from here on out, it's time to start the job search game and see what happens.
