Saturday, I went on interval training again. I could manage 6 minutes in a row. Today, probably took my Adderall too late in the day. I could do six minutes, and I didn't feel bad, but my heart rate was too high... high 150s. I stopped my workout early; I'm feeling okay, so it was almost certainly the Adderall. If my heart had gotten over 160 from just exercise, I'd feel like crap now.

Still, I cut my workout short, and then I came right home, because I had to remember to ice my knee.

If you think about it, it's kinda funny... having to remember to ice a knee that's really, really sore.

But it's not.

After less than a week of the physical therapy exercises. It's a bit sore... but it feels like it's healing. A few new muscles are achy, but that's good too... they're the right muscles in the right places.

I'll have to try working out tomorrow, making sure the Adderall won't be in play.
