I do hope the writers like happy endings, because *ouch*.

That was BRUTAL. Also, normally his sexism and misogyny is played fairly amusingly and I can't help but giggle. This time the urge to strangle him was strong.

Yeah....it was almost like they were trying to force us emotionally to drop any positive feelings we had for the House. However, kudos to the Wilson character for making a healthy decision. (Ok, ok....I've got a crush on Wilson.)

I found myself also not liking Cutty. How ineffectual can you be? Of course, as someone else pointed out above, the whole episode seemed to have a decidedly negative viewpoint of women. Cutty looked like a twit. 13 (Remy Hadley?) was portrayed as ineffectual and incompetent. The patient .... well, you get my point.
