Sigh (/bleagh)

So, I'm dealing with fatigue and depression. About three days after my last treatment that might help the fatigue... I find that I'm sick. Friday I felt like crap; Saturday, I stayed in bed 80+% of the time and learned that the Harry Potter books are good, light reading (hadn't read any of 'em until now). Sunday, the same, but I went out for chinese food to get protein and vegetables in my system. Today, the same, but I went to Target so I could finally brush my teeth with actual *toothpaste* (rather than baking soda - a decent emergency substitute, especially if you follow up with a fluoride rinse), and other necessities.

I'm really (scary thought) hoping I can get to work tomorrow.

From another depression sufferer: good luck!

Ugh, not fun. Really hope things improve soon.

Is it possible your fatigue and depression are actually a bug? Fatigue and depression are both legitimate conditions and I would not doubt you but there are various things going around, one of which make me feel very tired and lightheaded/dizzy and depressed...also triggered a fibro flare...I knew that it was a real bug though.... in any case, feel better. *hug*

I hope you're starting to feel better by now. I understand the depression thing all too well; I hope you're doing better with it soon.
