Cruised over here from brooksmoses, because I instantly fell in love woth someone who writes about patching jeans and the "structural integrity" of fabric. That is so totally the way I would say it! Anyway - my son and his fiancé are on low carb and have found a pizza crust recipe made of cauliflower - sounds improbable, I know, but they swear it's even better than regular crust. If you're interested, I'll ask for it - I haven't myself because I cook only Korean food lately, and there's not a lot of pizza in my menu. ;)
